Hello, My daughter is travelling to Ketchikan by way of the inside passage and stayed in Dodge Cove with her fishing group. I just wanted to see what it was like there. Nice Place :)

There are quite a few people that live here in Parksville that are originally from Dodge Cove. Both my mother and I were born on Dodge Cove. My grandparents were one of the original settlers of "Norwegian Village". I was very happy to see the pictures on this site. Thanks.

Des Nobels was a friendly neighbor of mine in the days when we lived in the small community of Salt Lakes....back in the 70's
I'm very glad I came across this website which displays his very fine jewellery. Yes indeed, Des--as I remember him--always gave a 100% of himself in all his endeavors....a very dedicated soul.
I intend to get in touch with the Jewellery Store in Rupert which handles his craft in order to purchase something for my wife on our upcoming wedding anniversary.
